Data Retention Policy

SorDoq is an independent document preparation and secure delivery platform. We are not a government agency and do not provide legal advice. We do not issue or guarantee visas, passports, immigration approvals, or any outcome from a third party. We only help you organize and securely deliver your documents to recipients you choose.
For your protection, documents are automatically deleted after delivery — 30 days for Secure Send and 7 days for Express Delivery.
Default retention period
- Secure Send documents are retained for 30 days after delivery, then automatically deleted.
- Express Delivery documents are retained for 7 days after delivery, then automatically deleted.
- After the retention period, files are permanently deleted from our storage systems.
- You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time.
- We maintain only the minimal transaction records necessary for accounting and legal compliance.
How deletion works
You can delete individual documents from your dashboard at any time. For a full deletion request, contact us and we will remove your remaining documents from storage.
Requesting extended retention
If you need your documents kept longer than 30 days, let us know and we can arrange extended retention for your order.
